Job summary

Nelnet is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager for the FACTS Grant & Aid/G&A/SGO team. You will lead end-to-end implementation, provide high-level client support, and drive product utilization to foster business retention.

The role requires building strong client relationships, guiding in awarding processes, and coordinating with Sales, Product, IT, and Operations to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years in customer service or account management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end implementation and account management for G&A/SGO programs.
• Build strong relationships with client contacts and deliver proactive training.
• Guide clients in awarding processes, reporting, and compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay informed on tax laws and grant programs to support communications.
