Job summary

Nelnet is seeking a Senior Account Manager for the FACTS Grant & Aid/Scholarship Granting Organization team. You will own end-to-end implementation, client onboarding, training delivery, and ongoing account management for SGOs using our Grant & Aid solution, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities include consultative sales support, cross-team collaboration, and guiding clients on reporting and award processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Two years in a customer service or account management role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative support during sales and assess client needs.
• Lead end-to-end implementation for the G&A solution tailored to SGOs.
• Build relationships with client contacts and deliver training and support.
• Guide clients in value-added services and reporting.
• Manage awarding functions, document review, and training seminars.
• Stay updated on tax laws and state tax credit programs.
• Define internal procedures for servicing SGOs and related clients.
• Serve as a G&A SME and communicate across departments.
• Manage escalated client issues and develop resolution plans.
