Job summary

REJIS is seeking a Grant Administrator III to lead the post-award grant lifecycle and manage grant-funded projects from award acceptance through final closeout. You will connect compliance, financial stewardship, project delivery, and performance reporting to help ensure initiatives meet goals.

You’ll collaborate across teams and with member agencies and partners, driving budgets, reporting, and audits while keeping projects on track and funders confident.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in public admin, business, finance, or related field.
• At least five years of grants management or related experience.
• Experience managing post-award lifecycle and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with funders and technical audiences.
• Strong organization and multi-priority management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the grant lifecycle from award to closeout.
• Monitor expenditures and budgets; coordinate with Finance on draws.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial and performance reports.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support audits.
• Provide guidance on requirements and regulatory updates.
• Lead projects from plan to completion with defined deliverables.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, finance, criminal justice, political science, or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience
