Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with six years of relevant grant/finance experience or equivalent training.
• Two years of grant and/or finance-related experience required.
• Knowledge of Uniform Guidance.

Responsibilities

• Setup new grant awards and review NOA, adjust budgets for compliance.
• Submit subcontract requests and coordinate with general accountants and PIs.
• Process RPPRs, gather required documents and prepare progress reports.
• Advise on award management changes, no-cost extensions, and carryforward calculations.
• Collaborate to complete award close-out procedures and final reporting.
• Foster collaboration across university offices to meet sponsorship requirements.
• Assist with training staff on compliance with sponsored project requirements.
