Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience or high school diploma with seven years of related experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Experience writing training materials or drafting policy.
• Experience with MS Word and MS Excel in a Windows environment.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead Grant Coordinators and Grant Officers and oversee compliance functions.
• Train staff in research administration and financial management.
• Ensure compliance with sponsor guidelines across units.
• Develop and monitor internal controls and budget reviews.
• Communicate with Directors, Chairs, and PIs about services.
• Prepare narratives and statistical reports.
• Support process improvements and project work.
