Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Grant Administrator II - Post-Award to provide advanced post‑award administration and greater independence in managing a portfolio of investigators. You will ensure accuracy in financial transactions, support PIs in compliance with federal, state, sponsor and institutional policies, and prepare regular financial reports.

Responsibilities include monitoring expenses, salary distributions, and time and effort reporting, using Workday and grant management

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of research administration experience required.
• Experience with computer systems including web-based applications and some Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access).

Mansioni

• Independently manages a portfolio of investigators, serving as their primary contact for financial projections, prior approval requests, award compliance, and all post‑award matters.
• Responsible for financial management, compliance, and reporting for assigned research portfolios.
• Serves as a primary resource for investigators and junior staff; uses Workday, grant management software and other systems to monitor expenses and salary distributions.
• Maintains regular communication with PIs regarding financial reports and portfolio activities; escalates complex issues to senior staff.
• Manages all time and effort reporting for defined areas; monitors information and makes changes as appropriate; reports unusual or non‑compliant information.
• Prepares and routes carryforward and no‑cost extension requests for supervisor approval.
