• Reasoning Ability: Solve practical problems with concrete variables.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Windows OS, PCs.

Responsibilities

• Grant Reporting & Financial Management: prepare and submit grant reports; provide internal financials; ensure compliance.
• Grant Writing: write small grants up to $50,000; provide financial information for applications.
• Account Payables & Disbursements: ensure properly approved and supported grant disbursements.
• Account Receivables and Invoicing: compile data for reimbursable grants; record invoices.
• Grant Reconciliation: reconcile ledger to subsidiary ledger for reimbursable grants.
• Grant Budget Monitoring: monitor funding availability; review quarterly reports for compliance.
• Audit & Compliance Responsibilities: conduct quarterly audits; assist in annual audits; support schedules.
• Cross-Functional Support: act as backup to Senior Accountant–Financial Reporting; collaborate with teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and five or more years related experience and/or training.
