Job summary

Samsung Austin Research and Development Center (SARC) and Advanced Computing Lab (ACL) seeks a GPU Hardware Program Manager to drive delivery of a full GPU solution portfolio for mobile. You will lead cross-functional teams across hardware and software, maintain schedules, KPIs, and risk plans, and present progress to executives.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical program management with GPU/graphics hardware experience, familiarity with ASIC design, and strong communication skills to

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical program/project management role
• Hands-on GPU/CPU/DSP hardware expertise
• Experience with ASIC design, silicon validation, IP development
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies and source control tools
• Proficient in project scheduling and resource management tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and defect tracking (JIRA)

Responsibilities

• Drive successful delivery of SARC/ACL's GPU solution portfolio and manage post-silicon and commercialization for mobile.
• Lead cross-functional team meetings to develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, KPIs and plans of record.
• Identify and drive resolution of program issues and conflicts across engineering groups.
• Assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate GPU IP program status to stakeholders.
• Triage schedule/resource conflicts; define milestones and processes as needed.
• Own documentation and reporting in JIRA and Confluence; deliver executive-level progress presentations.
• Drive adoption of PM best practices and improve program metrics and processes
