Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead GPU IP development programs, including post-silicon and commercialization for mobile hardware. You will own schedules, resources, KPIs, risk mitigation, and executive-level reporting across global teams.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in engineering PM roles, hands-on GPU/ASIC experience, and strong communication skills. This full-time role emphasizes leadership and process improvement in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a technical program/project management role with a degree in engineering.
• Hands-on GPU/CPU/DSP hardware platform experience and hardware IP knowledge.
• Experience with ASIC design, silicon validation, and IP development processes.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies and common source controls.
• Strong schedule/resource management and executive-level communication skills.
• Global program management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful delivery of GPU solution portfolio across programs.
• Own project plans for hardware IP development and post-silicon commercialization.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to manage schedules, resources, KPIs, and plans.
• Resolve issues across engineering groups via communication and influence.
• Assess risks, communicate status to stakeholders, and mitigate delays.
• Troubleshoot conflicts; redefine milestones and tasks as needed.
• Maintain documentation and reporting in JIRA/Confluence; deliver executive updates.
• Promote PM best practices and improve program metrics and processes.
