Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years in a technical program/project management role with a Bachelor's in Computer or Electrical Engineering, or 4+ years with a Master’s, or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering programs with schedule and resource planning.
• Hands-on technical expertise in GPU/Graphics hardware; ASIC design and IP development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team meetings to develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, KPIs, and plans of record.
• Identify and drive resolution of program issues across engineering groups through effective communication.
• Assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and report GPU IP program status to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot schedule/resource conflicts; define milestones and processes.
• Own documentation and reporting in JIRA and Confluence; present progress to executives across the product lifecycle.
• Drive adoption of PM best practices and continuously improve program metrics and processes.
