Job summary

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking an experienced program manager to lead GPU/IP projects within the SARC/ACL groups. You will steer cross-functional teams, manage schedules, resources, KPIs, and stakeholder communications across the product lifecycle.

The role requires 6+ years in technical PM, strong GPU hardware knowledge, and experience with ASIC design and IP development, plus proficiency with Jira/Confluence and source-control tools. Global collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in a technical program/project management role.
  • Strong GPU/Graphics hardware understanding highly valued.
  • Experience with ASIC design and IP development process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional meetings to develop project schedules, resource plans, KPIs, and plans of record.
  • Identify and drive resolution of program issues across engineering groups through effective communication and influence.
  • Assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate GPU IP program status to stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot schedule/resource conflicts; define milestones, tasks, and processes.
  • Own documentation and reporting in JIRA and Confluence; deliver executive-level progress presentations.
  • Drive adoption of PM best practices and continuously improve program metrics and processes.
