EY’s Government & Public Sector GPS-FAAS team seeks a Senior to drive data integrity initiatives and provide expertise across federal accounting, governance and reporting. You will interact with Federal clients, collaborate across service lines, and contribute to meaningful mission outcomes.

Role emphasizes leadership, mentoring, and strong written communication while operating in a hybrid model with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business with 4-6 years of related Federal US GAAP experience.
• Pursuing a CPA certification.
• Experience with preparation or auditing of Federal financial statements, operations research, data analytics, data mining and data visualization.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Deep understanding of Federal financial management terminology, processes and tools.
• Proven track record of mentoring and leading high-performing teams.
• Ability to assess risk and provide well-thought-out solutions.
• Must obtain and maintain a secret clearance or higher.
• Willingness to travel 25–30% in a hybrid environment.
