EY’s Government and Infrastructure practice seeks a Senior Financial Accounting Advisory Services professional to help ensure data integrity and accurate reporting across Federal government clients. You will interact with clients, contribute to improving accounting processes, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business discipline, supported by 4-6 years of progressive post baccalaureate work experience with Federal US GAAP.
• Pursuing a CPA certification.
• Experience with Federal financial statements prep/audit, operations research, data analytics, data mining and data visualization.
• Strong technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary day-to-day client contact, understanding data integrity for reliable reporting.
• Develop knowledge on current government and infrastructure issues relevant to accounting and governance.
• Build relationships and provide expertise across EY teams and client projects.
