EY is seeking a Senior Manager for Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) to drive client engagements across industries. You’ll lead complex accounting projects, mentor teams, and collaborate with senior leaders to shape strategic solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business and 8+ years auditing in a public accounting firm.
• US CPA licensure in your work state.
• Strong technical writing skills and advanced risk management knowledge.
• Deep understanding of the marketplace, as well as commonly used terminology, processes and tools.
• Proven record of excellence when managing, mentoring and improving a team of high-performing colleagues.
• The confidence to research and resolve emerging client issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies.
• Master’s degree in accounting, finance or business discipline.
• External audit experience at a Big 4 accounting firm.

Responsibilities

• Think on your feet and challenge existing practices to develop answers to complex issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple service lines to build relationships and identify opportunities for clients across areas.
• Regular travel will be required to meet with key clients, some of the most respected in their fields.
