EY is seeking a Senior in Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) to drive growth across industries. You will shape strategic goals, listen to clients, and deliver exceptional experiences beyond off-the-shelf solutions.

The role requires collaboration with multiple service lines and regular travel to client sites. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of public accounting audit experience, CPA eligibility, and strong risk management knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business, and approximately 3–5 years of public accounting audit experience.
• Strong technical writing and risk management knowledge.
• Understanding of marketplace terminology, processes and tools.
• Proven ability to manage, mentor and improve a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex accounting issues and collaborate across service lines.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and deliver integrated solutions.
• Travel to meet clients and build relationships with key stakeholders.
