Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) to lead complex engagements across industries. You will mentor teams, drive strategic client outcomes, and contribute to shaping engagements in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business and 8+ years of public accounting audit experience.
• US CPA licensure in your work state.
• Strong technical writing and advanced risk management knowledge.
• Deep understanding of marketplace terminology, processes and tools.
• Proven record of mentoring and improving a team of high performers.
• Ability to research and resolve emerging client issues, including regulations and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Think on your feet to develop answers to complex accounting issues.
• Collaborate with partners, senior managers and clients to influence strategy and balance risk.
• Ensure the Engagement team thoroughly understands client needs and expectations.
• Build relationships across service lines to provide integrated service.
• Travel regularly to meet with key clients and influential leaders.
