EY's Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team seeks a Senior to drive complex accounting projects across industries. You will collaborate with colleagues across service lines, build client relationships, and deliver tailored, strategic answers. Regular travel to client sites is required in this role.

The position emphasizes strong writing, risk management, and leadership, with opportunities to mentor teams and expand technical horizons in a globally connected firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business and 3–5 years of public accounting audit experience.
• Eligibility to obtain US CPA licensure.
• Strong technical writing and advanced risk management knowledge.
• Understanding of marketplace terminology, processes and tools.
• Proven record of mentoring and improving a team of high-performing colleagues.
• Ability to research and resolve emerging client issues, including regulations and new technologies.
• Willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
• Access to reliable transportation; driver's license recommended.

Responsibilities

• Think on your feet and challenge existing practices to develop answers to complex issues.
• Collaborate with partners, senior managers and clients to influence strategy and manage risk.
• Ensure engagement teams understand clients' needs, ambitions and expectations.
