• Experience negotiating Terms and Conditions for complex Subcontracts, Teaming Agreements and NDAs in support of the Federal Government
• Knowledge of CPSR Process and procurement file documentation

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze subcontracts, NDAs, and teaming agreements under U.S. Government contracts
• Conduct cost analyses and price analyses on subcontract proposals
• Negotiate terms and conditions and maintain CPSR-compliant procurement files
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with CPSR requirements and FAR/DFARS clauses
