Humana, Inc. is seeking a remote Senior Contract Management Professional to lead subcontract administration under U.S. Government contracts. You will analyze proposals, conduct cost and price analyses, negotiate subcontracts and NDAs, and ensure CPSR compliance and proper procurement documentation.

Qualifications include U.S. citizenship, interim NBIS clearance, a bachelor's degree, 3 years in federal subcontracting, and CPSR experience. Travel may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Subcontract Administration experience for a Federal Government Contractor
• Experience negotiating Terms and Conditions for complex Subcontracts, Teaming Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements
• Knowledge of CPSR Process and Requirements
• Experience interpreting and applying FAR and DFARS clauses
• Experience performing Cost and Price Analyses
• Developing and maintaining compliant Procurement File documentation

Responsibilities

• Analyze subcontractor proposals including change order proposals
• Conduct cost analyses and price analyses
• Negotiate and prepare subcontracts, NDAs, and teaming agreements
• Administer subcontracts and maintain compliant procurement file documentation
• Oversee subcontractor performance and CPSR compliance
• Administer Humana Government Business Small Business Program
