Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a remote Senior Contract Management Professional to oversee government subcontracts under DoD prime contracts, including FAR/DFARS compliance and CPSR requirements.

You will analyze proposals, conduct cost/price analyses, negotiate subcontracts and NDAs, and manage procurement files while ensuring security clearance and government program compliance; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Government DoD contract experience required.
• Interim NBIS security clearance required.
• U.S. Citizenship required; not eligible in Puerto Rico.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze subcontractor proposals including change orders.
• Conduct cost and price analyses.
• Negotiate and prepare subcontracts, NDAs, and teaming agreements.
• Administer subcontracts and CPSR-compliant procurement files.
• Oversee Small Business Subcontracting Program administration and reporting.
