Humana Inc. is seeking a remote Senior Contract Management Professional to manage government subcontracts under DoD contracts. You will analyze proposals, conduct cost/price analyses, and negotiate subcontracts, NDAs, and teaming agreements.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required for DoD contract.
• Interim NBIS background check approval.
• No residents of Puerto Rico due to contract.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of Subcontract Administration for a Federal Government Contractor.
• Experience negotiating terms for Subcontracts, Teaming Agreements and NDAs.
• In-depth CPSR process knowledge and experience maintaining CPSR documentation.
• Familiarity with CPSR reporting and Small Business Subcontracting Plan administration.
• Experience interpreting FAR/DFARS clauses and performing cost/price analyses.

Responsabilités

• Analyze subcontractor proposals including change orders.
• Conduct cost and price analyses.
• Negotiate and prepare subcontracts, NDAs and teaming agreements.
• Administer subcontracts and maintain compliant procurement files; oversee subcontractor performance and Surveillance Plans; ensure CPSR compliance.
• Administer Humana Government Business Small Business Program.
