Humana Inc. is seeking a remote Senior Contract Management Professional to lead subcontract administration under U.S. Government prime contracts, including Direct, Non-Commercial Item and Commercial Item subcontracts.

You will handle RFPs, interpret FAR/DFARS clauses, and ensure CPSR compliance. Responsibilities include analyzing subcontractor proposals, conducting cost and price analyses, negotiating subcontracts and NDAs, and maintaining compliant procurement files.

Competenze

• U.S. Citizenship required for Department of Defense contract.
• Interim approval for government security clearance NBIS required.
• Not eligible to hire candidates living in Puerto Rico.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of subcontract administration experience for a Federal Government contractor.
• Experience negotiating terms for subcontracts, teaming agreements and NDAs.
• Knowledge of CPSR process and procurement file documentation.
• Experience interpreting FAR/DFARS clauses and performing cost and price analyses.
