Accenture Federal Services seeks an experienced Delivery Lead to take end-to-end accountability for delivering complex projects within our programs. The role bridges business objectives and technical execution, emphasizing product management mindset and agile practices.

You will lead cross-functional teams, facilitate Scrum/Kanban ceremonies, manage stakeholder expectations, and optimize delivery processes to drive predictable outcomes for US federal clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Delivery Lead on complex projects
• 1+ years as Product Owner/Product Manager with backlog, user stories, data-informed decisions
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban)
• Experience building product visions and roadmaps, and governance structures

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end accountability for project and program delivery meeting client expectations and business objectives
• Act as strategic Product Owner/Manager translating business needs into delivery plans
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, maintaining high performance throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Guide teams through Agile ceremonies and practices, including sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Serve as primary client contact, manage expectations and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies
• Establish and maintain working agreements, team norms, and delivery processes for efficiency
