Job summary

ATN International is seeking a Government Program Manager to oversee federal and state funding program compliance and to drive streamlined filings and reports across grants and programs. You will coordinate with internal teams and maintain critical documentation to support compliance excellence.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of USF program compliance experience in telecommunications and/or broadband grant programs, plus strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required with 4–6 years of experience.
• Experience across legal, accounting, engineering, construction, and other functional groups.
• Experience with reading laws/regulations and legal documents.
• Experience preparing and presenting executive summaries for approval.
• Experience in telecommunication industry and E-Rate compliance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day internal point of contact for program management, guiding on program rules.
• Review grant applications, agreements and regulations and brief internal stakeholders.
• Prepare reimbursement filings with supporting documentation and respond to government requests.
• Maintain knowledge of service offerings, footprints and targeted customers.
• Track program requirements and deadlines; provide progress updates and assist with audits.
• Oversee compliance objectives for broadband network expansion and filings.
• Analyze data and produce high-level Excel reports (pivot tables, lookups).
• Perform other duties as requested.
