Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years in government programs or 16 years in lieu of degree.
• Experience managing development programs and IPTs to meet cost/schedule/technical goals.
• Experience with EVM methodologies and contract negotiation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the program life cycle from inception to closeout.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs and subsystems.
• Develop customer relationships and grow opportunities within the customer community.
• Direct cross-functional IPTs to meet program objectives and budgets.
• Prepare and present program status to customers and executives.
