Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 8 years related experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and scheduling for major projects.
• Active US Government Secret or higher clearance required.
• Experience in program management, engineering leadership, proposals, or business management.

Responsibilities

• Own projects and budgets; manage cost, schedule, performance, quality, and suppliers.
• Prepare proposals, budgets, and statements of work; negotiate terms and conditions.
• Lead cross-functional IPTs to meet program cost, schedule, and technical objectives.
• Develop and maintain program baselines and master plans; manage risks and opportunities.
• Deliver presentations to customers and executive management.
