• Must have active U.S. Government Secret clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance across multiple development projects.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor master plans, roadmaps, and milestone schedules; ensure adherence and take corrective actions.
• Establish and manage budget baselines and apply Earned Value Management (EVM) where required.
• Identify program problems and implement solutions, including reallocation of resources or contractual changes.
• Lead risk and opportunity management: identify, mitigate, track, and realize opportunities.
• Act as primary customer contact for program activities and lead program reviews with customers and senior leadership.
