Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related experience or master’s degree with 6 years.
• Experience leading tasks on schedule, at cost and meeting requirements.
• Proven leadership of teams or organizations to achieve goals.
• Secret clearance required to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the program life cycle from inception through closeout.
• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs or sub-systems.
• Cultivate customer relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Establish program organization and cross-functional IPTs.
• Measure, report program performance and deliver presentations.
• Participate in contract negotiations and changes.
• Develop and adhere to master plans and budgets with EVM or similar methods.
• Identify, allocate and manage program resources and risks.
