Qualifications

• BS degree in STEM with 5+ years experience or MS degree with 3+ years experience
• Proven leadership and ability to build and manage teams on complex projects
• Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance

• Oversee 7+ engineers/designers in mechanical design; lead staff development and project execution
• Represent the organization to customers and stakeholders; coordinate staffing across programs
