Qualifications

• Oversee a group of 7+ engineers and/or designers performing mechanical design
• Lead and develop engineering staff, represent the organization to customers and stakeholders
• Oversee hardware project execution and allocate staffing across programs
• Facilitate collaboration across organizations and monitor design processes
