Leonardo DRS, Inc. seeks a Senior Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts from Bridgeton, MO, with in-person or remote options.

The role covers proposal development, negotiations, terms and conditions, and ongoing administration to align with policies and requirements. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in government contracting, strong FAR/DFARS knowledge, and NCMA certification preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience administering Prime US Government contracts, FMS contracts, and/or Commercial contracts.
• NCMA Certified Contracts Professional (CFCM, CPCM) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense DFARS.
• Understanding of sole source and competitive procurements.
• IP/data rights clauses and IP marking knowledge.
• Subcontract negotiation and management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and monitor contract performance on major government contracts.
• Negotiate and administer agreements between company, customers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Review solicitation terms, confirm awards, and identify issues.
• Provide contractual advice and support to Program and Operations Managers.
• Respond to inquiries on contract obligations and revisions.
• Fulfill contract deliverables, billings and cash collections.
• Prepare and analyze major price proposals.
• Participate in export license applications.
• Support subcontract negotiation and management.
