Job summary

Leonardo DRS Land Systems seeks a full-time Senior Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of Government and Commercial contracts, including proposal development and submission, contract negotiation, and ongoing administration. It ensures documents align with FAR/DFARS and reflects identified risks.

The role provides strategic contractual guidance to IP teams, responds to inquiries, and negotiates terms while monitoring performance. In-person or remote schedule is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 5+ years administering Prime US Government contracts, FMS, or Commercial contracts.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and IP rights clauses.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor major government contracts and performance.
• Negotiate terms, review solicitations, and prepare contract amendments.
• Prepare price proposals and support export licensing where needed.
• Provide contractual guidance to Integrated Product Teams and management.
