Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Government Contracts Manager III to join its Law Department. You will lead negotiations with customer leadership, review RFPs and contracts, and advise on compliance for federal and state procurements.

The role supports sales, proposals, and contract administration throughout the lifecycle. The position requires 5+ years of government contracts experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage deadlines with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• College degree and 5+ years reviewing, negotiating, and administering government contracts.
• Familiarity with FAR and state/local procurement requirements.
• Strong contract negotiation, risk assessment, and issue-spotting skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines with limited supervision and travel as required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to interact with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Meet with internal clients to understand business objectives and assess risks of proposed sales transactions.
• Lead NCR Voyix in negotiating with customer senior management, attorneys, and contract professionals.
• Review solicitations, RFPs, RFQs, ITBs, amendments, and task orders; draft responses.
• Interpret government terms and conditions and advise on compliance obligations.
• Provide post‑award contract interpretation and administration support; assist with modifications, claims, and closeout.
