Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree and 8+ years of commercial contracting experience.
• Ability to work outside normal hours and occasional travel may be required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of NCR Voyix policies and solutions (products and services) is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Meet with internal clients to understand business objectives and assess risks.
• Lead negotiations with the customer's senior management, attorneys, and contract professionals.
• Serve as NCR Voyix's primary contact during negotiations.
• Review, edit, and draft responses to customer terms and conditions.
• Advise senior management on contractual risks and business exposure.
• Coordinate with bid support, pricing, and other internal groups to minimize margin erosion.
• Provide post-signature contractual support for disputes and revenue recognition issues.
• Maintain knowledge of Contracts Policy and Revenue Recognition Policy.
