Job summary

Nexxis Solutions is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support prime contracts and subcontracts in a fast-paced government-contracting environment. The role blends compliance, negotiation and relationship management to keep programs running smoothly.

Senior or mid-level candidates will lead strategy and execution for high‑value federal programs, advise leadership on contract risk and pricing, and collaborate with government COs, primes, subs, and auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, contract management or related field.
• Experience managing prime contracts and subcontracts in government environments.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and flow-downs.
• Proven negotiation, drafting and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end contracts lifecycle from award to closeout.
• Review and negotiate terms, modifications, and flow-downs.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, agency supplements and policies.
• Coordinate with PM, Finance, Security, and Supply Chain on requirements.
• Support cost proposals, RFP reviews, redlines, and risk analysis.
• Monitor funding, obligations, and reporting.
• Maintain contract files and Unanet GovCon records.
• Assist audits and serve as government point of contact.
