Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience reviewing, negotiating, and administering government contracts.
• Familiarity with FAR and state/local procurement requirements.
• Ability to independently review solicitations, RFPs, amendments, task orders, and government terms and conditions.
• Strong contract negotiation, risk assessment, and issue-spotting skills.
• Experience advising business teams on compliance obligations and contractual risk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work outside normal hours; occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with internal clients to understand business objectives and assess risks.
• Lead negotiations with the customer's senior management, attorneys, and contract professionals.
• Serve as NCR Voyix's primary point of contact during negotiations.
• Review, edit, and draft responses to customer proposed terms and conditions.
• Review solicitations, RFPs, RFQs, ITBs, contract amendments, and task orders.
• Advise on contract flow-down requirements applicable to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Provide post-award contract interpretation and administration support.
• Assist with contract modifications, equitable adjustments, option exercises, claims, disputes, cure notices, and contract closeout activities.
