• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 10+ years in government contracting.
• Experience negotiating government contracts and subcontracts.
• Knowledge of government contracting regulations and lifecycle.
• Ability to advise management on contractual rights and obligations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, negotiate, review, accept, and administer government contracts and subcontracts.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and master agreements.
• Analyze cost estimates, performance requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Advise management on contractual rights, obligations, and risk exposure.
• Coordinate with program management, finance, procurement, legal, and technical teams.
