Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation seeks an experienced Contracts Administrator IV to provide expert contract management and guidance under the Space Systems Command and Aerospace FFRDC Contract. This on-site role in El Segundo, CA, involves coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders and ensuring timely contract actions across numerous SSC job numbers.

Preferred candidates will have a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of government contracting experience with strong knowledge of FAR,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Ten or more years of government contract management experience.
• Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, DoDI 5000.77.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive advice and effective contract management.
• Review SOWs, CDRLs, and other requirements in ART and update as needed.
• Ensure contract actions (WROs, funding, SPPE, FWOs) are fulfilled.
• Prepare SPPE packages for SSC review and approval.
• Prepare FWO packages for SSC review and approval.
• Prepare CDRL and other contract reports.
