Job summary

Ideal candidates have TS/SCI clearance, advanced degrees, and deep experience in contract administration, risk management, and policy development in a highly regulated GovCon environment.

Qualifications

• Active DoW Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with an BA/BS.
• Experience negotiating government contracts and subcontracts.
• Experience analyzing costs and schedules for contracts.
• Strong advisory and policy-improvement capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple sections and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, review, accept, and administer government contracts and subcontracts.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Analyze costs, performance requirements, and schedules for accuracy and risk.
• Advise leadership on rights, obligations, and potential business impacts.
• Coordinate with program management, finance, procurement, and legal teams.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies, support proposals and negotiation positions.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure lifecycle compliance.
