Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, seeks a Contracts Management Specialist to support the Contracts team at our El Segundo, CA office. This role leads complex contracting actions, develops proposals, negotiates contracts and change orders, and administers programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5+ years of contract-related experience.
• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance (or active within last 24 months).

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers and partners on proposals, negotiations, and contract administration.
• Prepare proposals, review terms, and assess risk per BOEs.
• Administer contracts and maintain historical data.
• Facilitate shipment, billing, and payment collection and interface with DCMA.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports; manage proprietary agreements and export licenses.
• Understand and interpret FAR guidelines and manage flow downs.
