Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing company, is seeking a Contracts Management Specialist to support the Contracts team in El Segundo, CA. The role leads contracting actions including complex proposals, negotiations, and contract administration for USG programs.

You will develop relationships with US government customers, interpret FAR/DFARS, and ensure compliance across contract types. Requires a TS clearance and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of contract-related experience.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal contracting practices.
• Experience with cost plus, fixed price, and time and materials contracts.
• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance (within past 24 months).

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers and partners to perform proposal prep, negotiations, and contract administration.
• Prepare proposals, examine requirements, analyze terms, and review BOEs.
• Process contract documents, advise on rights/obligations, and maintain historical data.
• Coordinate shipments, billing, and payment collection; interface with DCMA.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports; manage flowdowns and export control as needed.
