Qualifications

• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

• 5+ years of experience in business related function (including Program Management, Project Management, Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales).

Responsibilities

• Exercises signature authority and negotiates contracts for space and ground systems.
• Leads development of complex business solutions to preserve and expand the business.
• Represents the company in external negotiations with customers.
• Oversees teams in preparation, negotiation, execution, interpretation and administration of complex contractual agreements.
• Ensures alignment with internal disciplines and mitigates contractual risk.
• Summarizes complex issues and coordinates development of creative solutions.
