Job summary

LINK, a fast-growing government-focused contractor, seeks a Senior Project Controller to oversee financial performance and compliance across assigned contracts. The role partners with Program Managers, Contracts, Accounting, Billing, Procurement, and HR to ensure funding, cost control, and regulatory adherence throughout the project lifecycle.

The candidate will forecast, monitor funding, and identify risks while collaborating with senior stakeholders to optimize profitability and ensure timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field required.
• 7–10+ years in project controls, accounting, or finance in government contracting.
• 5+ years supporting program/project management in government contracting.
• Experience with DoD DoC contracts and DoD procurement processes (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance of government contracts, including budgets and forecasts.
• Partner with Program Managers to align budgets with contract requirements.
• Prepare EAC and ETC forecasts with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor funding, obligations, expenditures, burn rates and capacity.
• Analyze variances and provide actionable financial insights.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and contract terms.
