Vantor is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial analysis and project control support for government contracts. You will partner with program managers, accounting, and contracts teams to monitor performance, funding, invoicing, and forecasts.

This role requires Costpoint expertise, advanced Excel, and the ability to communicate results to leadership. You will help develop operating plans, monthly forecasts, variance analyses, and improve reporting and processes.

Formación

• US Person as defined by policy (citizen/permanent resident/Asylee/Refugee).
• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of progressive financial analysis in government contracts; 4 extra years may substitute.
• 2–5 years in government contract financial management including budgets, funded values, cost tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Perform project control analysis: budgets, actuals, commitments, ETC, EAC.
• Track funding, expenditures, and funded balances; flag shortfalls and coordinate updates.
• Monitor invoices, billing status, and receivables; resolve discrepancies for timely billing.
• Oversee subcontract budgets, costs, and expenditures against funding.
• Support annual operating plan with budgets, revenue, and staffing assumptions.
• Prepare monthly forecasts using Costpoint Planning and staffing data.
