SAP NS2 is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to support its growing portfolio of government and regulated commercial contracts in a hybrid role based near Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will analyze FAR/DFARS, advise on contract strategy, and drive risk mitigation while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Qualified applicants will have 5–8+ years of commercial and federal contracting experience, knowledge of US government regulations, and certifications such as CPCM, CFCM, or CCCM.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 5 - 8+ years commercial and federal contracting experience with expertise in US Government and FAR Part 12 commercial contracting, 10+ years of experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of US Government and federal agency regulations, FAR, DFARS and related supplements.
• CPCM, CFCM, CCCM, IAPP or similar certifications.

• Provide contractual advice and guidance on a broad range of contractual instruments and agreements.
• Strong diplomatic negotiation skills to finalize agreements.
• Mitigation of contractual risk while protecting intellectual property.
• Review, analyze, and provide solution-oriented guidance on complex issues including proposals, solicitations, and contracts.
• Support proposal development in accordance with solicitation instructions and coordination with business segment.
• Identify risk in contract terms based on company policies and applicable laws.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to confirm term acceptability and develop alternate terms.
• Draft, review and approve contract modifications and amendments.
