Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Contracts and Compliance Senior Manager to lead end-to-end government contract and grant lifecycle management. You will oversee FAR/DFARS, GSA MAS, and GWAC/IDIQ vehicles, coordinating with the Office of the General Counsel on legal reviews, NDAs, and subcontracts.

You will drive vehicle evaluation, proposal compliance, and risk determinations while maintaining regulatory certifications and corporate policies across federal, state, and local levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant contracts, grants and compliance experience with government.
• Experience with GSA MAS, GWAC/IDIQ vehicles and SAM.gov registrations.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and state/local regulations.
• Ability to coordinate with OGC and leadership on strategy and risk.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend contract and grant vehicles based on compliance and growth.
• Prepare documentation to support contract submissions and renewals.
• Coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal.
• Review RFPs and develop compliant responses and certifications.
• Monitor contract obligations and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
