Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Senior Manager to lead government contract and grant lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, GSA, and related regulations across the firm, in coordination with the Office of the General Counsel.

You will evaluate contract vehicles, oversee submissions, coordinate NDAs and subcontracts, and provide risk assessments to internal teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading government contract and grant lifecycle programs.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and GSA schedules and GWAC/IDIQ vehicles.
• Ability to review NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with legal input.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate contract and grant vehicles to align with growth and compliance.
• Coordinate preparation of contract and grant submissions.
• Monitor ongoing reporting and renewal requirements of active vehicles.
• Coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal.
• Analyze clauses and provide compliance assessments to stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison with government contracting officers through proposal phase.
• Develop internal FAR/DFARS/GSA policy adherence and training with OGC.
• Support procurement strategy and risk mitigation in acquisitions.
