Job summary

TRM Labs seeks a Senior Manager, Contracts & Compliance to build and own the government-contracts function within Legal. You will establish processes, systems and relationships to keep contracts compliant from proposal through closeout, collaborating with Legal, Sales, Capture, Finance and delivery teams.

You will lead AI-driven contract workflows, manage obligations, deadlines and registrations, and drive policy development to scale TRM’s public sector business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible US government contracts experience.
• Experience reviewing solicitations and creating proposal compliance matrices.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, IDIQs, task/delivery orders and subcontract flowdowns.
• Track record building or improving contracts processes and tracking systems.
• Production AI fluency: using AI to analyze solicitations and draft compliance matrices.

Responsibilities

• Own administration and compliance for TRM’s government contracts, with emphasis on US federal contracts.
• Use AI to extract obligations, milestones and deadlines from contracts into a central register.
• Lead proposal compliance review: analyze solicitations, build matrices, coordinate reps/certs, flag exceptions.
• Build government-contracts policies, templates and records with clear workflows across Legal, Capture, Sales, Finance and delivery.
• Administer contract modifications, task orders, subcontracts and flowdowns; coordinate renewals and closeout.
• Partner with CLO on terms interpretation and translate guidance into repeatable processes for business teams.
• Build reusable AI workflows for contract and compliance reviews to scale with volume.
