Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Senior Manager, Contracts & Compliance to build and own the government-contracts function within Legal. The role focuses on US federal contracts, administering processes from proposal through closeout, and applying AI to streamline obligations and compliance.

You will partner with Sales, Capture, Finance and delivery teams to ensure compliant, scalable contract operations across public sector opportunities and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible US government contracts experience, including handling federal prime contracts through award, modifications and closeout.
• Solid understanding of FAR/DFARS, IDIQs, task/delivery orders, and subcontract flowdowns.
• Production AI fluency: using AI to analyze solicitations, draft matrices, and manage obligations.

Responsibilities

• Own administration and compliance for TRM’s government contracts, emphasizing US federal contracts.
• Use AI to extract obligations, milestones and deadlines from contracts and maintain a central obligations register.
• Lead proposal compliance reviews, build compliance matrices, coordinate reps and certifications, and flag exceptions.
• Develop and maintain government-contract policies, templates, and workflows across Legal, Capture, Sales, Finance and delivery.
• Administer contract modifications, task orders, subcontracts, and flowdowns; coordinate renewals and closeout with Finance on invoicing.
• Collaborate with CLO and counsel to interpret terms and translate guidance into repeatable processes for business teams.
• Build reusable AI workflows for contract/compliance reviews to scale the function.
