Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Senior Manager, Contracts & Compliance to lead our government contracts administration within Legal. You will own end-to-end processes from proposal review through modifications, renewals and closeout, coordinating with Legal, Sales, Capture, Finance and delivery teams to translate contract requirements into clear obligations, owners and deadlines.

This role emphasizes US federal contracts, leveraging AI to extract obligations and build scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible US government contracts experience.
• Experience reviewing solicitations, creating proposal compliance matrices and coordinating reps & certs.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, IDIQs, task & delivery orders, and subcontract flowdowns.

Responsibilities

• Own administration and compliance for TRM’s government contracts with emphasis on US federal contracts.
• Use AI to extract obligations, milestones and deadlines and maintain the contract register.
• Lead proposal compliance review and coordinate reps, certs and required submissions.
• Build government-contracts policies, templates and workflows across Legal, Capture, Sales, Finance and delivery.
